Although I had expected us to split into two groups after finishing Lost Temple, the concensus was that we should carry on with eight player games. So, continuing the exploration theme, we went in search of treasure in the caves of Diamant. This game was very unforgiving to those braving the depths of the first four caves, as each of them piled on the hazards very early, making those who had been conservative feel smug with their meagre spoils. As usual, Mark K was treasureless going into the final round but his foolhardiness paid off big time on this occasion and he was left alone to grab a booty of 18 gems to take the win. Great fun as always.
