For our next game, I picked Between Two Cities which is a very clever semi-cooperative game. Each player is constructing two cities, one with their left hand neighbour and one with the right hand neighbour. There are three rounds of drafting where you are picking building tiles to fit into your cities but discussing with your neighbours which city to put them in. When the game ends your score is equal to your lower valued city. Andrew and Felix tied for best score and the tie was only broken on the second tie-break in Andrew's favour. Everyone really enjoyed this and it plays very quickly. |
