On the second table, Mark K taught the group of four his new copy of Historia. This is a nice-looking civilization-type game with players managing action cards to gain resources and power to develop military and technology. Mark K had played this solo earlier in the week so you'd think that he would have had a big advantage. However, I'm sure the solo bots were not as war-like as Mark G always is in such games. And his natural strategy obviously paid off as he took the win quite comfortably. And Nige would be upset if I didn't point out that this extended Mark K's losing run to eleven games in 2015, giving him a win percentage of a nice round zero per cent. |
