There were just six of us this week and, after toying with playing a six player game (Formula De, Robo Rally and BSG all got vetoed), we started off with two three-player games. Andrew, Nicky and I decided to try and live fulsome lives in CV, a dice game about acquiring skills, knowledge, possessions and occupations to fill out your lifetime CV. I spent no time at all on getting skills and knowledge, instead pursuing valuable possessions like yachts, country homes, sports cars, while eeking out a living working for my father's company. Andrew, on the other hand, went for a frugal lifestyle where his only possession was the childhood bicycle he started the game with. Nicky seemed to plough a furrow somewhere between the two of us and ended with a well-rounded story of her life and took a comfortable win. Fun game. |
