Eight people turned out this week so it was two tables again. I started off by teaching Andrew, Nicky and Mark G The Manhattan Project, which is an interesting worker placement game about developing your country's nuclear power capabilities and the first player to trigger a pre-determined total point value for their nuclear arsenal wins the game. Andrew was the master of the skies by building up his fleet of fighters and bombers and used them to take down some of my factories, as I had stormed into the lead. However, I was still able to build a third bomb to take me over the 50 point threshold and claim the win. |
