With six of us this week, we started off with a quick game of Coup. This is a game of bluffing, lying and accusation where you're aiming to be the last man standing. Each player has two cards which represent the five characters in the game and on your turn you pick an action which might gain you cash from the treasury, steal from others, assassinate opponents, or swap your cards. However, if anyone challenges you, you have to prove you can carry out the action by having the right character, otherwise you lose on of your two lives. Once all but one player have lost their two lives, the last man standing wins. Very simple and lots of laughing ensued. I thought it was great fun (even though I was first to be eliminated) but others were not as keen on it. Mark K was the winner.
