We then decided to dig out Citadels, which we'd not played for a while. As there were seven of us and I thought we might have been tight for time, we played to seven buildings rather than eight to trigger the end of the game. Mark W was the only one not to have played before but that didn't hold him back as he seemed to be able to build at will. I got assassinated rather too often to be in with a shot at winning but Mark K had concentrated on high value buildings and managed to avoid the thief at the right times to gather lots of points. Unsurprisingly, it was Mark W who reached 7 buildings first but Mark K's quality buildings were enough to give him the win.
