This week, there ended up being just three of us but, while we were waiting to see if anyone else would turn up, Nige, Mark G and I had a quick game of Micro Robots. This is a variation of Ricochet Robots on a smaller board and with just one robot being moved to a target space. The first person to work out the number of steps needed to reach the target calls out that number and takes a chip. Once a player wins five chips, they win. Mr "No Spatial Awareness" Nige grumbled most of the way through but reached four chips fairly quickly. I clawed my way back into it to tie the scores at four each (with Mark G further back on one chip) but then, embarrassingly, Nige won the next turn to take victory. Not sure we'll hear the lst of this for several weeks ... months ... years, even!
