With nine of us this week, we split into groups of four and five. Steve had brought me a copy of AEG's latest release, Automobiles, and as Id read the rules beforehand we were able to jump right in. This is a bag building game where you are acquiring cubes to help you move on the track and improve your car's performance. However, it is a race game so being able to pull enough movement cubes of the right type while keeping control of wear cubes is key. This was a really clever game and the variability in improvement cards you can use means that games will not play out the same. Guy managed to win this although I was close behind.
