The group of three tried out another Essen release for their second game. Amphipolis is a Reiner Knizia set-collecting game, where you try to gain tiles for high scoring sets before the landslide tiles get drawn and end the game. This was a nice light game with John and me battling for majority in statues but ending up taking one majority each. However, John's amphoras and mosaics outscored my mosaics and skeletons and he beat me by a single point.
