There were seven of us this week so it was the perfect opportunity to get Long Shot back to the table, having had to abort it a couple of weeks ago due to there not being enough of us. This is a fun horse-racing and betting game where you try to make money from owning the top three placed horses, betting successfully on the outcome of the race and making money from the action cards you accumulate during the game. Mark K's 5-1 favourite came in first while Nicky and my horses took second and third. Nige's horses were lame especially Sure Lee. Nige even refused a free bet on his own horse playing instead for a bet on a random horse (of course, we fell about laughing when he rolled and Sure Lee ended up as the random horse). However, despite not having any of his own horses in the running, Andrew was the shrewdest with his bets and scooped the win just $10 ahead of Nicky.
