Game played: Greed ( Queen ) BGG Id: 151247

The table of five decided to switch roles from pirates to gangsters for the second game. Greed is a clever card-drafting game that Mark G, Guy and I played a few weeks ago. It was new to Julia and Nicky. Unlike last time where we didn't really have much idea of who was winning until we scored up at the end, this time it became obvious that Guy had built a combo of cards that worked really well together and when he got 13 development tokens on one holding, there was never going to be another winner. That said though, Julia did manage to play an action card that leeched the same number of tokens onto one of her holdings. A fun game but one where I still fail to see the way cards can work together over the long term. Guy won.
